Those Guys Experience

Our mission is to deliver dealership-quality diagnostics and repairs without the pressure, opacity, or inflated pricing that often defines the automotive service industry. We believe vehicle owners have the right to fully understand the condition of their vehicle, the reasoning behind every recommendation, and the true urgency of each repair decision.

We are committed to full transparency in every interaction. Customers will receive clear, itemized estimates prior to any work being performed, direct approval for all additional repairs, and the opportunity to see issues firsthand within the shop when appropriate. Our role is not to dictate decisions, but to educate and guide — empowering customers to make informed choices about their own vehicles based on safety, reliability, and long-term value.

Those Guys Automotive Repair is founded in response to a clear gap in the Delta market: a shortage of reputable, customer-focused repair facilities that combine modern technical capability with genuine integrity. By investing in experienced, hands-on ownership, certified technicians, and advanced diagnostic equipment, we ensure accuracy, accountability, and consistency in every service we provide.

We measure success not solely by revenue, but by repeat customers, long-term vehicle relationships, and a reputation built on trust. This business is not a short-term venture — it is a long-term commitment to our craft, our customers, and the community we serve.
